Health is. Every day, I strive for optimum health and tea has become a big portion of that. I began my tea travel about eight decades ago and have dropped deeper and deeper in love with tea each day. There are several amazing teas on the market and they all have excellent health benefits.
Another tea I love because of its health benefits is tea. One of the main things I love about rooibos tea is that it is naturally caffeine-free. That is a tea that I can drink without worrying whether it’s going to help keep me awake! A number of studies have suggested that rooibos may have more health benefits than green tea. Deliver anti-inflammatory advantages, rooibos tea was said to boost the immune system, decrease cardiovascular disease, and reduced blood pressure. I’ve been enjoying my rooibos in form that is chai. This fall weather has induced me to create many including rooibos, tea lattes.
I start my day with a cup of tea. Green tea to me is an essential part of my health travel. I love its benefits all and that I feel that with every sip I’m bettering myself and my body. There have been plenty of research done on its advantages and tea. Green tea’s ability to fight cancer and decrease the chance of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke make it a powerhouse that is healthful. So why not enjoy a yummy cup of green tea once (or twice) a day and reap the advantages of placing it into your body? I currently love my morning green tea with a couple drops of vanilla stevia. It adds a different twist and is so delicious.

I challenge all to drink 1 cup of green and / or rooibos tea everyday. What a great feeling to be bettering our own bodies!
