All this just to say…are you enjoying the ride? Are you laughing at the good, the bad, and the ugly in the world of tea?
Then, as I curiously read grins and giggles may hold the key to our societal development, the following quote caught my attention:”The essential ingredient for bliss isn’t a joke but another person.” The missing part in this whole scenario has become the other person.
And if life really gets you down, just remember, it’s all a matter of perspective. After all, the bald spot you are lamenting could just as easily be the solar panel system that turns you into a sexual machine.
Every day, I, like so many of my fellow entrepreneurs, function within my silo, growing and building and hoping and dreaming and planning and imagining a fantastic business that is going to leave a mark on the world. Sometimes however, we forget why we got into this game in the first location. But to not forget to laugh at the hilarity of the dissatisfying minutes is to understand that the very reason we entered the world of entrepreneurism has withered into nothingness, making our raison de entre a moot point.
Intellectually soaking up each page and trusting that at any moment I’d burst into joyful tears, ecstatic that I had discovered that the antidote to my current blahs.
I recently subscribed to Ode Magazine, a magazine”for smart optimists”. The issue I received, the Laughter Issue, dissected bliss and its multitude of characters. I found myself studying intently,
